Diamond Bar Mayor's Prayer Luncheon

Annual Diamond Bar Mayor's Prayer Event
Featuring Diamond Bar Mayor Dr. Chia Yu Teng as Keynote Speaker
and Featuring President Judy Matthews of Altadena Chamber of Commerce and Civic Association

The Annual Mayor's Prayer Event seeks to create a space where the diverse threads of spirituality weave together, forming a tapestry of shared acceptance, understanding, and appreciation for the beauty of the present moment.
Faith in Renewal: Faith in Renewal: Rebuilding Altadena and Pacific Palisades through Prayer and Gratitude
We will gather in the spirit of unity and hopeful community forged in faith and determination to rebuild and revive our beloved Altadena and Pacific Palisades after the devastating fires. Amid loss, we find strength through prayer, a beacon guiding us toward healing and renewal.
In keeping with our tradition from last year’s gathering, we have designed this program to reflect on our shared journey and to look forward with resilience. Our theme, “Faith in Renewal,” reminds us that our collective prayers are not merely words, but acts of rebuilding that will restore our community, our homes, and our hearts.

Through this event, participants can leave with a sense of connection, enriched spiritual perspectives, and a renewed commitment to integrating daily prayer with grace, kindness, and reflection, and
Local multi-faith leaders will lead with their traditional prayers.
