Presentation: CA Proposition 40 and 43 Recommendations
Presenter: Bernadette Suarez is a local leader with 12 years of experience in local government and public policy. Beyond her role as Senior Account Manager Executive at The Merino Group, she has served as chair of the South Bay Cities Council of Governments and as a board member of the South Bay Housing Trust. She brings a practical perspective on how ballot measures affect local budgets, public services, and the community.
